A gluten-free tasting and informational event will be held at Rosario Pino's Artisan Foods on Thursday, April 26 from 5-8 p.m.
At this free event, guests can sample gluten-free foods and learn about celiac disease from gastroenterologist and speaker, Dr. Kevin Casey.
Chef Brian O'Keefe, who will be leading an upcoming gluten-free cooking class at the store. Product vendors will be on hand to talk about their gluten-free alternatives to foods including breads, pizza, pasta, snacks, and desserts.
Since the store opened last September, gluten free products have been one of Rosario Pino’s fastest selling products.
