East Rochester Police arrested three Fairport males after a fast food worker reported that they had been smoking marijuana.
According to the ER police report, a Burger King employee reported that someone in a vehicle had been smoking marijuana while ordering at the drive-thru. Police found the vehicle in Country Club Plaza with three male suspects inside. All three were from Fairport.
The driver, Seth Kirnie, of 75 West Church St., was charged with fourth-degree unlawful possession of marijuana and the two passengers, John Beitner, of 18 Center Crossing, and Koby Green, of 124 Kreag Rd., were charged with fourth-degree unlawful possession.
The incident took place on Sunday, Jan. 15.
