Should Kodak be allowed to pay millions of dollars in bonuses to keep certain employees from leaving?

There could be an answer to that question Monday afternoon at a bankruptcy court hearing.

Kodak wants to give $13 million in bonuses to 300 middle- and top-level employees.

The company says the incentives are to prevent key workers from leaving during the restructuring process.

According to Kodak, the bonuses are necessary to emerge successfully from Chapter 11.

A U.S. trustee says Kodak hasn't given enough proof that the bonuses won't go to high-level insiders like CEO Antonio Perez.
