Gates, N.Y. —
Three men who are considered persons of interest in a double murder in Gates have been indicted in connection with a series of robberies and home invasions.
Shawn Rucker was indicted on charges of second- and third-degree criminal possession of a weapon. Anthony Henderson and Carlton Briggs were each indicted for kidnapping. Henderson was also indicted on a weapons charge and Briggs was indicted for robbery.
Gates Police say the three are persons of interest in the murder of Luis Davila and Lydia Bryant. The couple was found dead inside their Gates home Nov. 30.
Rucker, Henderson and Briggs have not yet been charged in those murders.
