The Monroe County Fair will host a free bread-making workshop from 9-11 a.m. June 2 at the Fair and Expo Center.
Chet Fery will conduct "Learn to Make Bread with 'The Breadman,'" where he will demonstrate the steps in making bread and also provide helpful bread-baking hints. Samples and recipes will be included. The workshop is for both children and adults.
The first 40 people to register will get a small loaf of bread to take home. Information on how to enter bread into the competition at the Monroe County Fair will also be available.
