Registration is open for TEDxRochester, a day-long conference that will be from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. March 3, 2017, at Geva Theatre Center, 75 Woodbury Blvd., Rochester.
The program will feature live talks, performances by regional artists and interactive workshops by innovators and thought leaders from the Rochester area. This year’s theme, “Flip,” is about unexpected takes on current ways of thinking, doing and being.
TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that brings people together to participate in an immersive, idea sharing experience. The mission is to share ideas worth spreading in a way that shows the world and Rochesterians the vast potential and brilliance that exists in the city.
“TEDxRochester has a rich legacy, being one of the very first independently-owned TEDx events globally,” said Suzanne Piotrowski, TEDxRochester curator and executive director.
Admission is free, but there is an application process to attend.
