iSpy: A special preschool 'Nutcracker' in Irondequoit

Members of the Rochester City Ballet once again performed a special “Preschool Nutcracker” at Stepping Stones Learning Center, based at 41 Colebrook Dr., Irondequoit, this morning, Thursday, Dec. 22. The unique one-of-a-kind performance is an annual event and is only done at Stepping Stones, where it has become a holiday-time tradition. This year's performance was sponsored by the Kiwanis Club of Irondequoit. Following the about 20-minute show, dancers come off the stage and visit with the children, as does a surprise visitor — Santa Claus! There are also refreshments and special treats for the children, which generally range in age from 3 to 4.
