Newark, N.Y. —
The Butterfield family of Newark recently paid a visit to Assemblyman Bob Oaks on June 14 at the New York Assembly Chamber in Albany.
Lisa, Colleen and Melissa Butterfield, along with Douglas and Gail Neilsen of Onondaga and Sara Reczek of Fairport, met with Assemblyman Oaks, who introduced them on the floor. They later enjoyed a tour of the Capitol and also ate lunch with the Assemblyman.
The Butterfields were the highest bidders on a luncheon in Albany that Assemblyman Oaks donated to the East Palmyra Christian School as a fundraising event in the fall of 2010.
