The following incidents were reported in the Fairport-East Rochester area on Sunday, May 20:

At 2:31 a.m. Sunday, a dangerous condition was reported to the Monroe County Emergency Communication Department. The Regional Traffic Operations Center was dispatched at the time of the report. The location is listed in the unit block of High Street, Fairport, and the incident number is RTOC121410410.

At 2:35 a.m. Sunday, the New York State Police responded to a driving while intoxicated incident in the city of Rochester. Troop E at the Rochester station was dispatched and arrested Aaron A. Forte, of Rochester, at 2:46 a.m. The 26-year-old male was taken into custody near the intersection of Interstates 490 and 590 in the city of Rochester on a charge of one count of DWI, first offense. This included a violation of Vehicle and Traffic Law Section 1192, Subsection 03, a class U offense. The defendant is released to a third party. The incident is listed as leading to the arrest of an adult.

Brandon J. Burgess, of Fairport, was arrested by the New York State Police at 2:50 a.m. Sunday, after Troop E responded to a driving while intoxicated incident in the city of Rochester at 2:35 a.m. The 27-year-old male was taken into custody near the intersection of Interstates 490 and 590 in the city of Rochester, on charges of one count of DWI, firstoffense. This included a violation of Vehicle and Traffic Law Section 1192, Subsection 03, a class U offense. The status of the incident is reported as leading to the arrest of an adult, and the defendant is released to a third party.

Katrina M. Douglas, of Fairport, was arrested by the New York State Police at 2:58 a.m. Sunday after Troop E responded to a property damage incident near the intersection of State Route 88 and Newark Street in the town of Sodus at 2:24 a.m. The 22-year-old female was taken into custody from Waterbury Road in the town of Sodus on charges of unlawful possession of marijuana. This included a violation of Penal Law Section 221.05, among others. The incident involved two vehicles. The status of the incident is reported as closed by investigation, and the defendant is in possession of an appearance ticket.
