Two local residents have enrolled for fall 2012 admission at Rochester Institute of Technology.
Nathan Scott, son of Deb and Dave Scott of Fairport, will study information security and forensics in RIT's B. Thomas Golisano College of Computing and Information Sciences and is a 2012 graduate of Norman Howard School. Scott has been awarded The Community Foundation's Rochester Telecommunications Scholarship.
Kyle Sterzin, son of Kim and Kevin Sterzin of Fairport, will study physician assistant in RIT's College of Health Sciences and Technology and is a 2012 graduate of Fairport High School. Sterzin has been awarded an RIT presidential scholarship and an RIT merit scholarship.
